Role & responsibilities

1.Operational Oversight:
Assist in managing daily operations of the manufacturing floor.
Ensure that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards.

2.Team Management:
Supervise and support production staff, including training and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with production goals.
Address and resolve any personnel issues or conflicts.

3.Production Planning and Scheduling:
Help develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to prevent disruptions.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

4.Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.




Promote a protected working setting and address any safety concerns.
Conduct regular safety training and audits.

5.Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Work with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Use data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

6.Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and review reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes, inventory, and quality control.
