Role & responsibilities
Offset printing process
Corrugation and box conversion
Die-cutting, creasing, gluing
Color management (CMYK, Pantone, spectrophotometer)
GSM, burst strength, Cobb test, ECT/BCT, moisture testing
Adhesives and lamination
Printing defects and troubleshooting
Packaging standards and customer specifications

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Monitor in-process quality at every production stage.
Approve first-off production samples.
Final inspection before dispatch.
Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Maintain calibration of measuring instruments.
Train production staff on quality standards.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in a Offset Printing & packaging firm for 3 to 5 years.
