Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for brands, advertisers, and partner networks.
Coordinate directly with clients to collect campaign requirements, offers, creatives, tracking links, and campaign updates.
Proactively engage with clients to understand campaign objectives and recommend suitable campaign opportunities to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely support.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, launches, live tracking, and optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, share regular updates, reports, and actionable insights with clients.
Track campaign performance, identify issues proactively, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
Identify alternate and similar campaigns for clients based on category, performance trends, and business objectives to drive incremental revenue.




Identify opportunities to scale existing campaigns and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Work closely with brands, networks, publishers, and internal teams to maximize campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Ensure timely validation, reconciliation, and payout processing for campaigns.
Support automation initiatives using n8n workflows to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Campaign Operations, or Performance Marketing.
Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable understanding of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, campaign tracking, validations, and digital advertising.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaign timelines in a fast-paced setting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach.
Exposure to workflow automation tools such as n8n will be an added advantage.
