Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Pega Developer with

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the

Pega Platform

. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

certification and have solid expertise in Pega case management, BPM, integrations, and application development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
Build and customize

Case Types, Data Pages, UI Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions, Flows, and Portals

.
Develop business rules including:
Decision Tables
Decision Trees
Declare Expressions
Declare Constraints
Declare Triggers
Create reusable components following Pega best practices and guardrails.
Develop and consume





REST/SOAP Web Services for third-party integrations.
Design and implement integrations using Connectors and Services.
Develop correspondence, reports, activities, utility functions, and custom components.
Configure Security, Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, and Authentication mechanisms.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Product Owners to understand business requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support application deployment and production releases.
