Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Manager – Client Relations to build and maintain robust client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and support business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion.
Prepare client reports and conduct regular business reviews.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, or Staffing.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
