We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to support daily business operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams, maintain operational records, resolve service issues, and contribute to smooth business processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide timely resolution to customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
Support order processing, data management, and backend operations.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and service delivery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.




Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in operations, customer service, backend support, or administration will be preferred.
Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.
