Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in NeoLoad to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing performance testing strategies for enterprise applications, identifying performance bottlenecks, and ensuring applications meet scalability, reliability, and availability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute end-to-end performance testing for Web, API, and Enterprise applications.
Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and create workload models.
Develop, maintain, and execute performance scripts using NeoLoad.
Monitor application, database, server, and infrastructure performance during test execution.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance issues.
Validate scalability, reliability, and stability before production deployment.
Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Create and maintain Splunk dashboards and alerts.
Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
Work in Agile environments and contribute throughout the SDLC.

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
Robust experience with NeoLoad.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
