We are seeking an experienced Accounts, Taxation & Audit Manager to lead and manage audit and accounting assignments, with primary exposure to statutory audits of listed entities and large unlisted corporate clients.

Key Role Expectations
Planning, execution, and review of statutory audits of listed and large unlisted corporates in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, SEBI and regulatory requirements.
Managing audit engagements including risk assessment, audit documentation, and financial statement review.
Supervision of accounting assignments and finalization of financial statements.
Review of statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and corporate filings.
Coordination with client management, internal teams,



and partners for timely completion of assignments.
Leading and mentoring articles, executives, and audit teams while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Desired Profile
CA / CA Inter with relevant post-qualification experience in a CA firm.
1 to 3 years of experience, preferably handling large corporate and listed audit assignments.
Solid knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting framework, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to independently manage engagements and client interactions.
