Job Purpose

Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining operations for recent hires, internal transfers, and employee conversions while ensuring a seamless employee experience, documentation compliance, and process governance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees, transfers, and conversions.
Verify and maintain employee documentation, KYC, and personnel files.
Coordinate email creation, IT assets, ID/access cards, workstation readiness, and joining kits.
Facilitate Day 1 induction, office tours, and organizational induction programs.
Manage appointment letters, transfer letters, commitment forms, and other employee-related documentation.
Maintain onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and audit records.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Admin, Payroll, and other stakeholders for smooth onboarding.




Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
Support compliance, governance, and onboarding-related audits.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Onboarding / Joining Operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Good attention to detail and documentation management.

Valuable to Have
Experience in HRMS tools.
Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Experience managing employee records, audits, and induction programs.
