Job Title: Networking Manager

Organization: EMRI Green Health Services (Formerly Known as GVK EMRI)

Location: Hyderabad, Kompally

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain physical and virtual server environments (Windows/Linux)
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure
Oversee data center operations, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
Evaluate, test, and deploy OS patches, firmware updates, and system upgrades

Cloud and Virtualization
Manage hybrid and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
Plan and execute cloud migration and optimization initiatives

Security & Compliance
Enforce security best practices for systems and user access (AD, IAM, MFA, etc.)
Collaborate with InfoSec teams to maintain compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA)




Monitor and audit systems for vulnerabilities, performance issues, and anomalies

Automation & Monitoring
Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible
Implement monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG) for proactive issue resolution

Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a technical lead in infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams
Mentor and support junior admins, sharing best practices and documentation
Collaborate with DevOps, Network, Security, and Application teams

Strategic Contributions
Assess current technologies and vendors for suitability in enterprise settings
Contribute to long-term IT strategy, budgeting, and capacity planning
Draft and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams
