Performance Marketing Associate (Part time) Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Candidates must be based in Bangalore)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month Performance Incentives: Up to ₹ 10000 per month based on results Build a Brand. Don't Just Run Ads. We're looking for a performance marketer who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Our focus is a single product—Colour Numerology. Our mission is to make it a trusted wellness brand across India and eventually across the globe. This isn't about managing multiple clients or running routine ad campaigns.

Your Responsibilities - Plan and execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion rates.
Build and optimize marketing funnels.
Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
Implement and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
Integrate campaigns with CRM wherever required.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.




Work directly with the founder to develop and execute growth strategies.
