Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant Experience Required: 6+ years

Work Mode: Remote We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant to join our Oracle Practice. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting and transforming financial consolidation, account reconciliation, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS, FCCS, Essbase, and PBCS
Minimum two end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation projects
Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ARCS solutions
Configuration and support of FCCS and Essbase applications
Experience with PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Integration of Oracle PBCS with Oracle Fusion ERP




Ability to independently develop business rules and custom Oracle EPM applications
Experience in integrations, automation, testing, UAT, go-live, and hyper care support
Solid understanding of financial consolidation, account reconciliation, FP&A;, and financial reporting processes
Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, conduct demonstrations, and provide functional guidance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote offshore setting Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Groovy scripting
Experience with process automation
Robust finance functional knowledge
B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent educational qualification
