Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a Personality Development Trainer and Lead Management qualified. The role involves designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one programs focused on personality development, communication, and confidence-building. The trainer will manage leads generated through various channels, follow up with prospective students and clients, and guide them through enrollment or service onboarding.

Daily responsibilities include conducting research to refine training content, preparing training materials and written resources, maintaining accurate lead records, and coordinating with the counseling and marketing teams.



The role also includes engaging with audiences through social media or events to promote courses and services and providing feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Personality Development and Training to design and deliver effective sessions and workshops.

Candidates should possess Research and Writing skills to create structured, evidence-based training materials and resources.

Candidates should possess Social Media skills to support outreach, engagement, and promotion of courses and services.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to counsel and motivate diverse participants.

Experience in lead management, including tracking inquiries, following up, and converting leads into enrollments or clients.

Prior experience in psychology, personal development, coaching, or training is highly beneficial.

Master's degree in psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

Trainer has to handle academy by his/her own and need full result from day 1 first.

Ability to work on-site full-time in Gautam Buddha Nagar and It's Target Based Job - 60% fixed and 40% variable.
