The ideal candidate will possess advanced proposal-writing capabilities, a demonstrable track record of successfully onboarding international projects, and exceptional communication acumen to drive our global business development initiatives.

Key Requirements
Platform Specialization: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated bidding experience on the Upwork platform, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its algorithms, profile optimization, and client acquisition strategies.
Track Record: A verifiable history of successfully onboarding and closing projects from the international market within the past 6 months.
Industry Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of IT services and the sales lifecycle pertinent to Web and Mobile Development, AI/ML solutions.
Proposal Engineering: Exceptional technical writing and proposal-crafting skills designed to secure high-value client engagements.
Communication & Negotiation: Superior written and verbal English communication skills, coupled with professional poise in client consultations and contract negotiations.

Core Responsibilities
Platform Management:



Spearhead lead generation and strategic bidding activities primarily on Upwork, consistently identifying and evaluating lucrative project opportunities.
