Contract period - 4 years Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to support its global ERP transformation program . Reporting to the ERP Program Lead, the role will establish and manage the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective governance, planning, financial tracking, risk management, and oversight of Accenture, the system integrator. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on program delivery rather than SAP configuration. Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage PMO governance, steering committees, and reporting.

Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking.

Monitor budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and system integrator spend.

Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Decisions) logs and drive resolutions.

Oversee Accenture's delivery, quality, milestones, and contractual commitments.

Prepare leadership reports and provide actionable program insights.





Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites and countries.

Required Skills & Experience

Solid experience in Senior PMO, Project, or Program Management with SAP

Experience managing large transformation or ERP programs.

Proven experience working with external system integrators (e.g., Accenture).

Expertise in program planning, budget management, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and project portfolio management tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification preferred. Preferred

Experience with SAP or other ERP implementation programs.

Exposure to manufacturing, healthcare, or consumer healthcare industries.

Experience in multi-country, multi-site ERP rollouts.

French or Spanish language skills are an advantage.

Note: The focus is on robust program governance, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination with SAP. Preferable from the manufacturing sector Immediate joiners preferred
