Location: Kolkata (Golpark) – In office
Experience: Minimum 5 Years We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms.
Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
Develop and execute lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness campaigns.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate, and continuously optimize performance.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare detailed campaign reports and provide actionable insights to clients and management.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates,
and best practices in digital advertising.
Required
Skills
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of attribution models, pixel implementation, event tracking, and remarketing strategies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and campaign optimization skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and achieve performance targets. Preferred:
Google Ads and Meta certifications.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Solid understanding of e-commerce and lead generation campaigns. Only candidates with relevant performance marketing experience should apply. Applications from candidates without hands-on experience in Google and Meta paid advertising will not be considered. Immediate joiner preferred!
