Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) and TPA insurance claim processes.
Ensure timely claim submission, follow-up, and reimbursement.
Coordinate with doctors, billing, and medical records teams for documentation.
Resolve claim rejections and minimize denials.
Maintain compliance with hospital and insurer guidelines.
Prepare claim status and revenue reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred).
25 years of experience in hospital insurance claims, PM-JAY, or TPA operations.
Valuable knowledge of PM-JAY portal, TPA processes, and medical documentation.
Robust communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and hospital management software.
