Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and deliver engaging English language lessons for senior classes (Class 11‑12) in line with IB curriculam.
Foster critical thinking, analytical reading, and effective communication through interactive activities, debates, and projects.
Encourage experiential learning by integrating real‑world contexts, multimedia resources, and interdisciplinary projects.
Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
Mentor students for competitive examinations (e.g., JEE, NEET, Olympiads) and support their overall personality development.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop cross‑subject initiatives, extracurricular clubs, and school events.
Participate in continuous career development programs, faculty meetings, and curriculum review sessions.
Uphold the school's ethos of curiosity, questioning, and holistic growth in every classroom interaction.

Essential Qualifications
Post‑Graduate degree (M.A.



or M.Sc.) in English Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
Eligibility for the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) certification for PGT level.
Proficiency in English language (both spoken and written) with a solid command over grammar, literature, and contemporary writing styles.
Demonstrated ability to use up-to-date pedagogical tools and digital platforms for teaching.

Desired Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Class 11‑12) in a reputable school.
Experience in integrating experiential and project‑based learning approaches.
Track record of preparing students for board examinations and competitive tests with measurable success.
Active participation in literary events, workshops, or conferences is an added advantage.
