Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for lead generation and sales conversion.
Handle inbound calls from clients, respond to queries, and provide solutions.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Solid communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
