Follow all systems, procedures, and operational guidelines established by management.
Plan and allocate post-press jobs during the assigned shift to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure proper shift handover to the relieving supervisor, including job status, pending work, and quality updates.
Verify all post-press operations against the approved PDF and job specifications, including stripping (STP), embossing (EMB), die-cutting, and creasing.
Inspect and approve punch (die) quality before and during production.
Ensure the required supportive raw materials and consumables are available for uninterrupted shift operations.
Monitor product quality throughout the finishing process and ensure compliance with approved standards.




Possess solid technical knowledge of post-press machines and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
Manage manpower effectively to achieve production targets while maintaining efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Sales teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Maintain production records, quality reports, and shift documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality management systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
