Role Description The Preschool Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children in line with Kidzonia’s experience-based philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, facilitating play-based and experiential activities, managing classroom routines, and ensuring a protected, nurturing setting. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families about development,



and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and classroom practices.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring active participation in school events, parent interactions, and staff meetings.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities.

Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten-level teaching to support holistic child development.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field are preferred.

Additional beneficial qualifications include classroom management skills, proficiency in English and local languages, patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
