Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Process Trainer
Experience in the BPO or US Logistics industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Robust command over spoken and written English
Experience in current hire onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and performance coaching
Ability to create training content, SOPs, and learning materials
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recent hire and process training sessions




Develop and update training modules and documentation
Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
Identify training needs and recommend performance improvement plans
Collaborate with operations to ensure training effectiveness and process compliance

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
