Role & responsibilities
Follow up with customers for pending and outstanding payments.
Collect payments and maintain proper collection records.
Coordinate with customers regarding payment status and updates.
Visit customers for payment collection as required.
Prepare and update collection reports and payment records.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for payment-related matters.
Maintain skilled relationships with customers.
Weekly visit to market for payment collection (once a week)
Preferred candidate profile
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
