Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Ocean Freight Pricing function for India.
Manage RFQs, tenders, and strategic pricing proposals.
Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
Prepare competitive and profitable quotations for customers and the sales team.
Build and maintain robust relationships with carriers and global partners.
Monitor market trends, freight rates, and capacity to develop effective pricing strategies.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and overseas offices to ensure timely responses.
Drive pricing excellence and ensure high service levels.

Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in Ocean Freight Pricing within a freight forwarding company.
Robust knowledge of import/export ocean freight operations.
Proven experience handling RFQs, tenders, and large strategic accounts.
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
Robust relationships with shipping lines and NVOCCs.
Prior experience leading a pricing team is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
