We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support one of our US-based clients. This role requires someone with excellent spoken and written English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently during night shift hours to align with US business hours. You will act as the client's right hand managing schedules, communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the client's calendar, meetings, and appointment scheduling
Handle email correspondence and respond professionally on the client's behalf
Answer and make calls with US-based contacts/customers as needed
Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and data entry tasks
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Conduct research and compile information as requested
Manage to-do lists, reminders, and follow-ups
Handle basic customer queries and escalate when necessary
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information





Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Excellent command of English written and verbal (near-native fluency preferred)
Comfortable working night shifts to overlap with US time zones
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Workspace/MS Office, Slack, Teams, and calendar tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a quick-paced setting
Prior experience working with US clients is a strong plus

Preferred Skills
Excellent command of English written and verbal
Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

Work Schedule

Night shift, Monday–Friday, aligned with US client working hours.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
