We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and governing enterprise-scale low-code solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Power Platform, Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Establish and maintain Power Platform governance, security, compliance, and best practices.
Manage application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor platform adoption, performance, and usage metrics.
Define governance standards,



environment strategies, and security controls.
Support and mentor development teams on Power Platform best practices.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall IT experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.
Experience implementing governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
Robust experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD, and release management.
Sound understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Power Platform Solution Architecture experience.
Microsoft Dataverse.
Integration experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Experience driving enterprise-wide Power Platform adoption and governance.
