Karma Ayurveda is a leading Ayurvedic healthcare organization dedicated to providing natural treatments and holistic healthcare solutions. We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
Track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements




1–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Valuable understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
