Job Summary

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Plant HR to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations at the manufacturing plant. The role primarily focuses on manpower management, attendance monitoring, grievance handling, employee documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
Handle joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Prepare HR letters (Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience Letter, etc.).
Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
Handle employee grievances and resolve routine HR-related issues.
Manage shop floor manpower deployment and coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and company procedures.
Maintain compliance documents and HR registers.




Support HR policy implementation and internal coordination.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
Experience in manpower handling and employee grievance management in a manufacturing environment.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification
MBA / BBA in HR or a relevant field.
Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
