You will own build and deployment across multiple cloud products — designing and hardening CI/CD pipelines, provisioning infrastructure as code, containerizing services, managing cloud identity, and deploying into production. You will sit in architecture conversations rather than receiving finished designs to deploy. There is real appetite here for someone who kills toil aggressively and instruments everything.

You will need~
12+ years of DevOps experience, ideally in PEO, HCM, or IT/ITES
Deep AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail) — robust Azure also welcome
Terraform or CloudFormation; Chef, Puppet, or equivalent
Docker, Kubernetes, ECS in production
Jenkins and GitHub pipeline ownership
Robust scripting and automation
BE/BTech or MCA, 60%+ academic record





Nice to have~ security and compliance automation, cost optimization, observability tooling, payroll or HCM exposure. The schedule~ 600 PM - 300 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home.
