Role Description The Plant Manager is a full-time role based in Secunderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations and ensuring safe, productive, and cost-effective manufacturing. The role includes managing production schedules, monitoring workflow, coordinating resources, and driving adherence to quality and safety standards.

The Plant

Manager will lead and develop plant teams, resolve operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. This position also involves collaborating with senior management on operational planning,



reporting key performance indicators, and aligning plant performance with organizational goals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Plant Management and Plant Operations skills to oversee daily activities and meet production targets.
Candidates should possess Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills to manage processes, resources, and performance across the plant.
Candidates should possess Production Planning skills to organize schedules, coordinate materials, and optimize capacity utilization.
Candidates should have knowledge of industrial safety standards, quality management practices, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, or Kaizen).
Candidates should demonstrate leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and resolve operational challenges.
Candidates should ideally have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, or a related technical field, along with prior experience managing manufacturing or industrial plants.
