Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, UAT coordination, cutover planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare support while ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementation projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and partners.
Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure alignment between business needs and solution design.
Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, setting readiness, and business sign-off.
Lead cutover planning, Go-Live readiness assessments, and deployment activities.
Coordinate Hypercare support and post-production stabilization activities.




Ensure adherence to project management best practices, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of project management experience with ERP implementation projects.
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementations.
Solid understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse business processes.
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and project reporting tools.
Proven experience in UAT, Change Management, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
