BE Civil/ Diploma in Civil 3 to 5 yrs experience in Industrial Construction.
Proficient in Estimation Soft ware & MS office .
Robust Negotiation , attention to detail & Time management.
Familiar to Procurement software & Microsoft office.

Key Responsibilities
Source raw materials, engineering components, machinery, and consumables.
Identify, evaluate, and develop current suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
Obtain quotations, compare technical and commercial offers, and negotiate pricing.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and quality teams to understand procurement requirements.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, and cost.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and statutory requirements.
