We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Technical to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of furniture and interior projects by managing all technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle. This role serves as a bridge between design, production, and project delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with client requirements, and high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor FF&E; project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Work closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams
Track material submissions, approvals, production status, and deliveries
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare project reports,



trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates
Ensure all documentation and project records are maintained accurately
Support project managers in resolving operational and coordination challenges Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the FF&E; industry
Proven experience in project coordination, fit-out, or interior-related projects
Strong knowledge of procurement and project execution processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven setting
