Assistant Product Design Engineer (Lighting & Decorative Products) Looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at The White Teak Company by Asian Paints, working on a premium range of designer lighting products.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for translating design concepts into manufacturing-ready technical drawings. This role requires hands-on understanding of products, site conditions, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities: · Create technical specifications, CAD drawings, and shop drawings for manufacturing

· Visit factory/warehouse and project sites to understand product and civil requirements

· Develop:

◦ Assembly drawings

◦ Electrical drawings

◦ Plan & elevation layouts

◦ Detailed part drawings for production





· Coordinate closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility

· Ensure drawings are aligned with final design intent and production constraints

Requirements : · B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering · 2–3 years of experience in: Lighting / furniture / similar decorative yet technical product categories

· Robust proficiency in AutoCAD & 3DS Max/Solid Works software

· Practical understanding of: Screws, nuts, pipes, threads, and standard hardware

· Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed execution drawings

· Willingness to visit sites and factory regularly
