Job Title: Pre-Sales Dynamics 365 Consultant Experience: 12+ Years Location: Adaptable / Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Dynamics 365 Consultant to support the sales team with solution design, technical consulting, customer presentations, and proposal development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, with the ability to design scalable business solutions and drive successful customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop solution strategies. Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements. Design solution architecture, implementation approaches, and technical roadmaps.

Deliver product demos, POCs, and executive presentations. Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with functional and technical proposals. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable, implementable solutions.

Advise on licensing, integrations, security, governance, and Microsoft best practices. Support SOW creation and proposal documentation. Stay updated on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI, Copilot, and Microsoft Cloud.

Required Skills Robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including:



Finance Supply Chain Management Business Central Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Knowledge of Azure integrations, Dataverse, APIs, security, data migration, and cloud architecture.

Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, CRM, WMS, HRMS, eCommerce, and payment systems.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of IT consulting experience, including 8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven experience supporting enterprise pre-sales and digital transformation initiatives.

Microsoft

Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications preferred. Domain knowledge in Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Professional Services, or Supply Chain.
