Essential skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working on QA teams ideally with some focus on automation.
Ability to build test plans and support the team with both manual and automated testing.
Experience with developing load and stress tests.
Knowledge of Git or other source control tools.
Familiarity with testing APIs through Postman or other API testing tools.
Experience with relational databases.
Exposure to some test management tools.
Enthusiasm for working in a small workplace and the ability to be cross-functional.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and familiarity working in an agile workplace.
Passion for technology and working with a team to continuously improve our tools, and our processes.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a robust QA process with manual and automated testing.




Support testing for Blazor/ASP.NET frontend, web APIs and SQL server databases as the backend.
Work with engineers and business users to gather and review requirements and ensure that they are testable.
Build automated testing frameworks for continuous testing and delivery.
Participate in development of the test approach based on established standards and the analysis of design documentation and requirements.
Acquire and create test data and analyze/verify data.
Responsible for bug management process and issue identification and tracking (bug advocacy).
Assist the support team in activities related to application deployment where applicable.
Serve as Level 2 support for production issues and related support needs.
