Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports.

Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience in IT, AI, or technical hiring.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
