Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality

Management System across laboratories in accordance with NABL and ISO 15189:2022 requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and lead NABL accreditation, surveillance, and reassessment

activities, including gap analysis, readiness assessments, coordination with laboratory teams and NABL assessors, and timely closure of non-conformities.
Review and approve validation and verification protocols, reports, and technical

documentation to ensure compliance with NABL and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor, review, and analyse quality indicators, Internal Quality Control and External

Quality Assessment Scheme performance of laboratories. Identify trends, recommend corrective and preventive actions,



and ensure effective implementation to maintain compliance and improve laboratory performance.
Develop, review, approve, and maintain Quality Manuals, Quality System Procedures,

Standard Operating Procedures, policies, formats, records, and other controlled documents in accordance with NABL requirements.
Provide technical leadership, training, and mentoring to laboratory personnel on

NABL requirements, ISO 15189:2022, quality management practices, documentation, risk management, and continual quality improvement initiatives.
Supervise and mentor junior quality team members by reviewing their work,

assigning responsibilities, and ensuring effective execution of quality-related activities.
