Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor transformer production activities to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Lead manufacturing teams across Core & Coil, Tanking, Assembly, Testing, and Dispatch.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
Implement process improvements, SOPs, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Monitor safety, quality, and compliance standards across the plant.
Drive continuous improvement and reduce production losses and rework.

Requirements

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
8–15 years of experience in transformer manufacturing,



with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Solid knowledge of Distribution and Power Transformer manufacturing processes.
Experience in production planning, manpower management, and process optimization.
Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
