The problem is genuinely compelling~ a mature payroll engine customers depend on absolutely, and a contemporary multi-tenant SaaS layer being built around and through it.

You will design single-page applications over a Node.js API tier, evaluate technologies and build proof-of-concepts, write technical specifications, and communicate them credibly to engineers and executives alike. Live problems right now~ mobile performance, per-tenant branding without redeployment, accessibility, and making a distributed system observable enough to diagnose rather than guess.

You will need~
10+ years with TypeScript and JavaScript
Expert-level Angular 2+ single-page applications
Expert-level Node.js and Express services, APIs, microservices
Docker and AKS or equivalent
Architectural judgment on multi-tenant SaaS — security, performance, scale

Nice to have~ legacy modernization, observability depth, accessibility standards, payroll or HCM domain knowledge. The schedule~ 600 PM - 300 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. For a Principal role the overlap is the point — you cannot influence decisions you are asleep for.
