Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Seeking an ambitious and resourceful Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team supporting clients in North America. This position is well-suited for both freshers and experienced professionals eager to establish or expand their expertise in global recruitment.

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between exceptional candidates and our esteemed clients, driving end-to-end recruitment activities while gaining unparalleled exposure to international hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand talent requirements and role specifications.
Leverage job boards, professional networks, and databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ensure seamless use of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Cultivate strong skilled relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks,



and best practices within the U.S. and Canadian recruitment landscape.

Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT recruitment).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Noida, Delhi NCR.
Open to working in North American time zones (night shifts as required).

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with U.S. staffing or RPO or Canadian recruitment processes.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
