Role Description The Purchase Manager (Construction Industry Only) will oversee end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects in Hyderabad. This full time, in office role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely purchase and delivery of construction materials and equipment.

The Purchase

Manager will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to forecast material requirements, manage inventory levels, and control costs. Daily responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, resolving supplier issues, maintaining accurate purchase records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also requires continuous monitoring of market trends and pricing to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor networks within the construction industry.




Experience in procurement, purchase management, and vendor negotiation for construction projects.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze cost data, and implement cost-control measures.
Proficiency in using procurement or ERP software and maintaining accurate documentation.
Effective communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement are an advantage.
Prior experience as a Purchase Manager or similar role in the construction industry in or near Hyderabad preferred.
Salary Is Upto 70K
