About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Specialists across multiple experience levels to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Non-IT recruitment and exposure to hiring across multiple industries on a national level.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.

Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.





Achieve individual recruitment targets and service delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and prepare recruitment reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

215 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Experience working with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred.

Exposure to pan-India/internal national hiring across multiple industries.

Robust sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
