Production of AU productions as per schedule
Ensure Safety on shop Floor Track near miss, Track accidents, training on 5S & Safety. QMS /EMS Compliance for department related activities. Adherence to agreed norms for schedule adherence and pending orders (ZVs)
Increase in Productivity Nos /Person and ensure discipline on Shop, Material accountability. Ensure TPM, TQM initiatives and Safety improvement on Shop.
Reduction in FTY loss (in dpm). Cost savings through Digitalisations, Small Automation, Value Engineering, Material and Labour productivity. Active participation in initiatives through various projects in lean/VSM/Poka-yoke/PFMEA
Preferred candidate profile Knowledge on SAP MM, Word/Excel/PPT
Root cause analysis on Gaps QC tool, Know how about GMP, De-bottlenecking skills
