Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities
Source and develop reliable domestic & international vendors
Handle quotations, price negotiations, commercial terms and Purchase Orders
Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and other required items
Develop and maintain solid vendor and supplier relationships
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing and delivery
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Logistics and Management
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability




Identify cost-saving prospects and manage procurement costs
Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, pricing and delivery
Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, POs and invoices
Prepare regular purchase reports and provide procurement updates to management
Lead and guide the purchase team for smooth procurement operations
