What You'll Do
Understand client requirements and develop search strategies for leadership and niche hiring mandates.
Identify and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening, evaluate experience, and assess role fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines, maintain recruitment trackers, and manage candidate relationships.
Conduct market mapping and competitor research to support executive search assignments.




Work closely with senior consultants on confidential hiring mandates across multiple industries.

Who We're Looking For
MBA/Postgraduate (HR, Marketing, General Management) or graduates with a robust interest in recruitment and consulting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
High ownership and ability to thrive in a quick-paced workplace.
Comfortable interacting with senior professionals.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms is an added advantage.
