Core Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for recent store and cloud kitchen expansion projects across multiple brands.

Drive Capex planning, governance, approvals, and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Finance, Procurement, Legal, Operations, Design, and Business for timely project execution.

Establish and continuously improve project governance frameworks, SOPs, and execution standards.

Monitor project milestones,



identify risks proactively, and drive corrective actions to ensure on-time launches.

Standardize launch documentation and ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and internal governance requirements.

Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into project progress, governance, and key business metrics.

Oversee fixed asset tracking and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews, drive alignment across functions, and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.

Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving expansion efficiency, operational excellence, and organizational scalability. Must-Have Skills :

8+ years project management experience

Solid organizational & analytical skills.

Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Troubleshooting and RCA skills
