We are seeking an articulate, polished, and exceptionally soft-spoken Private Wealth Associate to lead HDFC TRU’s outreach initiatives for our wealth management practice.

About the Role In this high-touch role, you will be the first voice of our brand, engaging directly with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), C-suite executives, and Family Offices. Your primary objective is not hard selling, but rather conducting high-quality, consultative introductory conversations, understanding client nuances, presenting our value proposition with composure, and securing meetings for our Senior Wealth Managers.

Responsibilities High-Value Prospecting: Conduct strategic, outbound phone engagements with prospective UHNI clients, successful entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers at Family Offices.

Consultative Value Pitching: Deliver brief, articulate, and compelling introductions to our bespoke wealth management solutions, private market prospects, and portfolio strategies.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Gauge prospect interest, identify current wealth management pain points,



and qualify leads with discretion and subtle tact.

Brand Representation: Maintain the highest standard of sophistication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in every interaction.

CRM Management: Document client preferences, key insights, and interaction histories meticulously.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years private banking lead generation, high-ticket luxury sales, executive tele-engagement, or premium hospitality.

Articulative, soft spoken and fluent in English.

Basic understanding of wealth management industry and products.

Required Skills Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Skills Experience in high-end telesales.
