We are looking for a driven and people-first recruitment leader to lead recruitment teams, partner with client services, and drive delivery excellence through AI-enabled recruitment practices. Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance Monitoring

Lead recruiters and team leads, allocate resources, conduct reviews, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality and compliance.
Client

Success & Stakeholder Management

Partner with Client Services, support MSP/VMS programs, provide reporting, and resolve escalations.
Training,



Mentorship & Leadership Development

Coach recruiters and leaders, conduct training, identify skill gaps, and build leadership capability.
AI, Analytics & Process Improvement

Leverage AI tools and analytics to improve recruitment productivity and decision-making.

What You'll Need to be Successful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Team productivity, time-to-fill, quality of hire, SLA adherence, client satisfaction, and pipeline health.

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years in recruitment/staffing with leadership experience; MSP/VMS, reporting, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled recruitment experience preferred.
