Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and makeup products.
Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store hygiene.
Manage stock replenishment and ensure product availability.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
Follow company SOPs and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass); Graduation is preferred.




Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, fashion retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Work Details
Location: Attingal, Kerala
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off
